I have spoken to Ted the manager and was communicated with honestly, knowledgeably and sincerely about the aspects of my vehicle shipping details!
The entire process from (wherever) i could of had chosen for my car to be picked up from, to the exact destination point was clear and precise and flexible!
I was a bit skeptical of the timeliness and care for my car; as anyone would be. Though i must say that everything went well and was timely in accordance to the logistics, while my car was dearly taken care of and even the other peoples vehicles loaded on the truck!
The pricing was fine, being compared to the numerous other vehicle transporting providers available!
Even down to the updated review of my cars status and the slight possible changes of times (which is only normal), these caring details and professionalism from KOBAN LOGISTICS made the experience wonderful and pleasant! I have since recommended there services to my friends and two of them have also used KOBAN LOGISTICS services. One has had two successful and smooth experience shipping overseas and in the united states, While the other has his vehicle being shipped now and i'm sure it will be another positive experience!
