LIED, saying my car woud be picked up all they way upto the day!!!!...

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My Nissan was to be picked up from Lacombe, LA; I spoke with Melinda on July 12th 2011. Via phone I gave her my CC# for the deposit of $100.00 it was charged July 14th after I faxing back the contract I thought I was all set WRONG!!!!. The pick up date was for August 4th 2011, I spoke to Melinda several times via phone and also a couple of times by email. Then I started getting calls from Sheila also Kathy, one call from Sheila was that the drivers would like more money, after the price was all very negotiated!....My gut feel was I should go with someone else. I then got a call on Tuesday the day before saying the driver would not do it for less than $600. So I told Kathy that would be ok. " that I would of tipped the driver anyway". I then asked Kathy is this going to happen tomorrow. As I was flying out of New Orleans in the am!!!!....Kathy said yes you will be picked up. WELL CAN YOU BELIEVE IT NEVER HAPPENED!!!!!......I called the company 3 times always going to voice mail.....FINALLY Kathy called and said I just need to know how much more will you pay!....Kathy after I told her another $100.00 would be ok....said she would call me back after she made some notes also with the drivers info. I then got a call off Sheila 3 hours later!!!!....Saying your notes have been updated that you will pay more!....MY ONE QUESTION TO SHEILA WAS DO YOU HAVE A DRIVER & HER ANSWER WAS NO.....I ASKED HER FOR MY DEPOSIT BACK AND SHE REPLIIED THAT THEY HAVE TILL AUGUST 5TH TO MOVED THE CAR.....THIS DATE IS NOT ON THE CONTRACT!!!!!SHE ALSO SAID AT THIS POINT I HAD CANCELLED THE ORDER!....NOTE: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND NO 1 800#.............I DID CALL MY BANK AND GOT MY MONEY BACK THEN BOOKED WITH NATIONAL TRANSPORTATION....WHO I HAD USED WHEN I MOVED TO LOUISIANA.
