Unbelievable...In a good way.

Obviously reviews very by experience and person to person but, I would have to say the service I received was spectacular. I required transport of an SUV from Colorado to Massachusetts, not exactly a trip down the road so I expected the price to be up there. After a little shopping around, we received a quote from Koban that could not be touched by anyone else. I even tryed to price match with what seemed to be a more reputable company (because they said they would price match) and they could not do it, they even went as far as to "bash" on Koban, saying they would be very slow for that price, not the case at all. We were told about 3 days from pick up and that is what they did, awesome! I do have one very little gripe on that note, they ended up arriving at the pick up location 3 days earlier than the requested date, which was a big risk because we picked a particular date so that someone in our family can make the vehicle available for pick up. The timing luckily ended up working out and we ended up receiving our vehicle in MA the day it was actually supposed to be picked up, exciting to say the least because it was a new vehicle that we purchased!

Take this review for what it's worth, all I know is I will call on them again if the situation calls for it, I know they will deliver. Thanks Teddy!
