I needed to ship a car from NJ to LA in Jan 2017. I looked around and was shocked at the questionable practices of brokers identified in various review sites. Sure enough, when I contacted many, the brokers misrepresented having trucks "in my area now" and that their service was merely a transport locator and made no guarantee or commitment to actually provide the service. Being familiar with contract law, I could see that many contracts were painfully one sided. KOTR's Bill M. was professional, customer focused and genuine. I only paid for their service AFTER my car was picked up. The contract was acceptable as well. Bottom line, the car was delivered on time, at a fair price and with no damage.
