I was told it could be several days before someone was available for the pick-up...then within a few hours they had a driver that was ready to go. The car was a challenge getting started, yet the driver (Serg from the Ukraine) was cool and patient and worked with my dad to get the car loaded. He was courteous and friendly and definitely went above and beyond.
Then when he called to coordinate the delivery I was at my office several miles away from where I had asked for delivery. He was cool and rerouted and brought the car to my office. I told him I had a client coming in and that it would be about 30 minutes before I could come out. He didn't complain, but rather had the car off the truck, running and ready to go.
Definitely no complaints from me. On time, affordable, and friendly.
