An HONEST review

An honest review... I was very hesitant to use any company, you just never know who's telling the truth, who's going to rake you over the coals. We gave the company a very short time frame with which to accomplish this late task so the pricing was not unreasonable giving them less than one week's notice.

I talked several times with Alexander before the car was picked up and he reassured me that everything would be fine, the car would be delivered as promised and it was in good hands. He was very patient with me each and every time I called or emailed.

Sometimes things do go wrong, but are beyond anyone's control and should not be a black mark against a company. Reviews should include the good and the bad. We had a small issue with when the car would be picked up. As the pickup time came and went, my worries crept up again. but I talked to Matt, the driver, and he explained the situation and what happened - to my satisfaction. Sometimes, things happen which cannot be foreseen and are beyond a person's control, but should not be put in as a bad review or bad mark against the company being reviewed. He assured me he would be coming that night and would continue to keep me posted as to his arrival. He was a very honest and upfront man. The car was picked up that Tuesday and I was told it would be to California by that following Wednesday the 18th. That Tuesday the 17th the car was delivered, so that was earlier than expected. The only small setback was that there was no parking lot anywhere close for Matt to drop off the car, so we had to take a cab, but everything worked out. We don’t hold Matt, Alexander or Kensington responsible for the distance we had to go get the car, it just worked out that way. The drivers do the best they can to accommodate but remember, it's a HUGE vehicle with lots of cars and they need a wide open space like a mall parking lot to maneuver.

Matt felt bad and so he even reimbursed us for the cab fare. He didn't have to do this. Integrity. That's the key... The car was delivered in the same shape it was picked up. Matt was great and Alexander was very thorough in explaining "how it works". Neither of them once ignored a phone call or email.

I’m sure that if we need to move a car we’ll use you them again...I'd even like to ask for the same driver.
