The initial suggested pickup date turned out not to fit my schedule, but a new date after the Christmas/New Year holiday was scheduled without difficulty. The driver was friendly, and the car arrived in the Chiicago area a few hours ahead of schedule, in good condition. The broker called me after delivery to confirm the delivery. Everything went smoothly.
