Arizona to Washington, DC: Early/Prompt Delivery

My car quote and delivery was given a 5-10 day window. My car was picked up immediately and delivered in 4 days!! The delivery was early. The only complaint I have is that the third party responsible for delivering the vehicle (Kelly's Auto Transport, LLC) was not as prompt and responsive. The delivery driver never called me initially or kept me abreast. I had to call Driect Express Auto and was provided a number for Kelly Auto Transport. Upon calling them, I was told that my car was picked up already and they provided me the driver's name/contact number. I called the driver and from that point on.....the communication channel became open and he kept me abreast of a ETA on my delivery. Nevertheless, the car was delivered on-time, 2 days before the expected delivery date and in great condition. Besides arriving very dirty, I guess from a coast to coast delivery, the overall experience was great! I am pleased with the service provided by both parties and would use them again!
