I wasn't told anything about a 7 day window for picking up my car. Therefore I gave my date to transport as the day I thought they'll pick up my car. I had to fly out to california and wait 17 DAYS yes 17 days for the car to be picked up and delivered. The car was delivered with scratches on it. I contacted Kelly and was told that the scratches may have already been there.Why did the driver not notice the scratches if they were already there? I was asked to send pictures of the scratches and nobody contacted me after that.I disputed the charges on my credit card and was told by my credit card company to take up the issue directly with Kelly. I now need to trasport the car back to virginia but i'd rather drive it myself than give it to a transporter.Kellys transport IS ABSOLUTELY horrible. Nobody would answer the phone when I tried to call to find out when theyd take my car.I spent a huge amount on rental cars because of this unreliable transport company.
