Mr. Hoffman. We booked this with a pick up date of 1/05/2020 with a 5 day window for pickup. You got nervous and cancelled on 1/07/2020 not giving us a fair chance to find a carrier. As all brokers post to Central Dispatch load board we are under the mercy of a driver when they are in the area and can pick up vehicles. There was no guarantee of pickup on the 5th that's why we have a window for pickup. All you did was book with another broker who posted you to Central Dispatch for a higher COD amount to the driver, of course it went out it was over priced.
