Initially I was extremely stressed out about shipping my car across the country. With a week's notice, I contacted Jody and he helped me through the process. The day after I spoke to him, he contacted me with a driver who could transport my car. He was very helpful in numerous ways, here are a few:

1. I had a lot of questions which he patiently answered.

2. I needed the contact information of the driver, and he provided me with all the information.

3. During the transport of my car, I had to leave the country. So I emailed Jody asking him to notify the driver of a new contact person and phone number, etc. He did so immediately and my car arrived at the destination without any trouble.

The icing on the cake was that Velocity quoted me the lowest price for the transfer of all the companies I looked into.

Jody made my car transporting experience very pleasant and stress-free. I would most definitely use this service again and will recommend it highly to others!
