Bottom Line:
New world auto/KJ Falcon is the sloppiest car shipper out there. Besides being extremely lax in planning and pick up, they are bad because of the following reasons:
a) Extraordinary carelessness and apathy.
b) Relentless inflexibility.
c) False sales pitches
d) False advertising..
e) Use of drivers who wont deliver but make SEXUAL/INAPPROPRIATE COMMENTS about women and family.
f) MOST IMPORTANTLY : BLATANTLY FALSE PROMISES

Now the detailed version for those who want to read my 'experience":
The real problems started on a Friday that was decided on 2 weeks ago. It did not matter when the date was decided. Because what I did not know then was that: I had 200 phones calls, false promises, insults, lack of planning and having to take out of work repeatedly as to-do's ahead of me between that day and actual car pick up.

They first arrange for the car to be shipped from jersey city on a Friday. These are stressful times but you still agree to take off from work for this.
But then the driver they arranged has more important obligations to take care of. So he just never ever turns up. He just goes missing. He vanishes.

Apparently the truck driver is sloppy and is about to get fired. New Auto knows this but still go with him for planning the pick up.
Obviously he just never shows up.

Next our Ray from New World Auto promises to find someone else in a short notice but takes the entire saturday to figure out something. Towards saturday evening, he points us to another driver (lucas, from KJ Falcon) who will likely pick up the car on sunday or monday.
Of course, the car was NOT picked up on either of these day

In between, the driver Lucas from Kj Falcon has to be called 20 times for him to be reachable. ANd LUcas first promises, monday evening. then monday night., then monday late night and then finally Tuesday after work. - ALL FALSE PROMISES ANYWAY

So on Monday at 11 pm Lucas claims that he will be in the area on Tuesday but not sure when. So I Had to cancel all my meetings and wait for our Lucas to come with his truck. or the car wobt be picked up.

Lucas has a moving target in his promises. His promises are not based on time but amount of time. It is always "in the next one hour" but never a precise time. So i take off from work after cancelling all meetings for the day and he comes in with his truck at 5 pm. Of course it was 3.30 then 4, then 4.30 and then 5. Not directly a 5.

IN between I try to call ray to explain I have a parking problem and ray recommends the most creative solution in the universe - Street parking. Of course, he had to tell me that. I couldnt have figured that out myself.

Mr Ray, to you sir:" Do not laugh about the fact that I can not find cheap parking. That is not your problem. Possibly you are not aware of aprking lot restrictions in jersey City and you make intelligent recommendations like street parking because you think your clients cannot figure that out. But the truth is your clients can figure these things out and see right through your FALSE PROMISES and FAKE SALES PITCHES. Your clients ask your service because they think you will be professional and helpful. But you are just plain careless, indifferent and not understanding.

The car was finally picked up on Tuesday after lucas had to have his curiosity about why I am not in California and why this is being shipped.

Thanks Lucas, for being splendidly lax and extraordinarily useless in your job but taking time to know my personal situation.
