I started reading the reviews when I hadn't heard from the driver on the targeted day of pick up. Then I was really nervous about letting the car go. The next day the driver called and gave me about an hours notice instead of a days notice, which we had been told to expect which led to even more apprehension. I went to meet the truck driver who was ready to load the car in the middle of a busy road, he said he does it all the time because the truck is so big. He agreed to follow me to a place that I was more comfortable with. The truck appeared to be well taken care of and I began to relax. The driver ANZOR was so accommodating and pleasant it was really reassuring. I took pictures while he loaded my son's car and then even agreed to let me take one of him. Its not every day you send your car on a trip. I can't speak for the whole of KJ Falcon but the driver was excellent. I gave him a tip because I appreciated his effort and he gets a high five for honesty because he declined my son's tip at the other end because I had already given him one! Anzor did contact my son the day before delivery and the car arrived in the same condition as it left. I hope this helps someone out, it would be great if you could request your driver. Good Luck!
