Don't Use JR's Auto Transport

The new 2009 MINI Cooper Clubman arrived filthy and stained from leakage of a fluid from the old car above. I submitted three body shop estimates to get the repairs done which will cost over $1,000. There is no disagreement over who is at fault and the photos and evidence are ironclad. It has been over a week now and the owner, JR has not responded to me in anyway. My plans are to give him a bit more time and if he continues to try and stiff me, I will start contacting the states Attorney General's office etc. before pursuing legal action. It really ticks me off. Can you tell. - Tim
