I thought that Louis had excellent customer service. He was 100% honest from the start, and always returned my call promptly (within minutes!). Which helps alleviate the nerves when you are transporting something of importance to you.
I called many other transport services that wanted cash upfront, but Louis helped out so that I could use credit, which I believe is rare in this industry.
I had read other horror stories on other websites, and it scared me regarding the idea of transporting my car, but Louis made everything simple and smooth and didn't give you false information.
I would definitely recommend Louis as your transportation connection.
