One call, 10 minutes DONE DEAL. He knew I had never transferred a vehicle before and he made it happen within minutes. Walked me through the process and helped get the vehicle delivered early! Next time I am making one phone call to Jay. Others seemed like sharks circling a wounded leg. Not Jay. Calm, courteous, and professional. Just call Jay!
