I contacted Jay early on Monday morning to transport my Toyota Tundra from Texas to Virginia. He walked me through the process and answered all of my questions. We completed the paperwork via email and he contacted me within an hour letting me know that he had a transport ready to pick up the vehicle. In fact, the driver had the truck loaded before noon. The original delivery date was supposed to be Thursday, but the driver actually contacted me Tuesday night and said he would deliver Wednesday morning. When I met him, the entire unloading and paperwork process took about 10 minutes. The truck was in perfect shape. If you're looking for an honest and trustworthy transport broker, Jay is the man. I wouldn't use anyone else.
