Jay delivered as promised. I chose Jay's Auto Transport because of the least amount of negative reviews and because you deal with him and not a customer service call center. As a business owner myself, I know the importance of being accessible to the customer. I was initially fearful of having my girlfriend's car shipped because of the many horror stories I saw in the reviews. Jay explained to me how the auto transport business works and how to proceed to insure the car arrived on time. Not only did the transporters arrive to pick up the car within the 2 hour window I was given (noon-2pm), they arrived exactly at 12 noon. What happened next was unbelievable. The guy that delivered the car in Albany got their after midnight and slept in the car until the morning and my girlfriend was awake to receive it! I want to thank Jay for immediately responding to my calls and emails even on Labor Day. I will definitely choose Jay's Auto Transport for future car moves. Word to the wise: Read the contract and ask questions. That way you eliminate surprises and avoid a bad experience.
