In this fast past world where customer service is hard to find with most companies... I pride myself on being there for my customers. I'm proud of the fact that I answer my phones 12 hours a day - seven days a week - every week of the year. I never miss a trucking company call or an empty space on the truck. My 27 years experience has taught me to always be prepared. Have a back up plan whenever possible. I know I am not the God of weather or the God of all things mechanical. Things happen. All I can do is try to have a plan for all the little things that might pop up. This includes having a back up plan if a trucker should fail me. Thank you for pointing out this important feature of my company. My work is not complete until the car is there on time and at the best price in the industry on a quality truck. I am not perfect - being prepared can go a long way when the little things happen. This is a competitive business. This is just one small way I try to separate myself from my competitors.
