my car has been siiting in louisianna on a truck that is broke down for 13 days since pick up. i have pleaded with phillips and the driver to choose another way of getting the freight moving. the co. does not know what to do when they have a break down. unbelievable that they don't have a plan for this type of problem. do yourself a favor and choose anybody but jay phillips to handle your shipping needs. i have no idea when my car will be delivered, and neither does the carrier.
