Ken was wonderful to deal with. He is the owner & the driver & the person we spoke with on the phone (no broker or other middleman). He came when he said he would and delivered to our home in Florida. Since we were still in CT, he called my brother to let him know the exact time of arrival and he also called us in CT to let us know that our car was delivered. We would absolutely use him again and would highly recommend him to anyone. It was great to deal with the owner/carrier/driver rather than a broker. Overall, an excellent experience!
