We did not receive any prior information before the car was delivered to Fl.from MA.This was a great concern to us since leaving the Cape was delayed by six days due to weather I called JAMAC several times and asked for up dates if the car was delivered prior to our arrival since we would have to make arrangment for a different drop off location.WE did not get any response to my calls.Marcus called us in mid Feb.and asked if we intended to use JAMAC on the return trip.I agreed to provided thst he keep us informed oif any problems with meeting the Mach 30 th date. He agreed and assured me that we would have 24 hour notificatiion of the pickup.We have called at least 10 times since Mar.21st.and left messages with out any response.They apparently have a policy of not ansering the telephone call in person.The last 5 calles that we made were on the 28th and 29th of Mar.We pleaded for an update since we were leaving Fl. on the 31st and it would be necessary to make arrangments to have some one take custody of our car.WE are homeii in MA and our car is still in.Fl and still no word from JAMAC.No one should wave to experence ths aggravation. To add insult to injury they arbitrarily charged us $50 more for the return trip.Nedless to say they did not respond to my questioning the increase.
