DO NOT USE JMAC TRANSPORT. THEY WILL QUICKLY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND FORGET ABOUT THE TRANSPORT OF YOUR VEHICLE. On June 25th 2010 I called JMAC and spoke to Laura and got a contract Quote 20602 of $560.00 to ship my vehicle from Frankfort Illinois to Corpus Christi Tx. I was asked for $150.00 deposit. The vehicle was supposed to have been picked up by at least Wednesday June 30 or July 1st. I was out of the country till July 3rd. Monday July 5th was a holiday; no phone answer. I called Tuesday July 6 early in the morning to find out the status on the auto transport. JMAC Laura stated she had not yet found a driver to transport my vehicle. I called 6 hours later and still no driver; and was then asked by Laura for $50.00 extra dollars. I did not agree and was told to call the next day July 7th. Still no driver. This was 13 days from the initial contract day! I cancelled my contract and asked for a refund. Today July 17th I still have not gotten my $150 deposit refund. That same day, on July 7th, I contacted Linear Auto transport. Within 3 hours I was called back with a driver ready to pick up my vehicle. The vehicle was picked up on July 8th and delivered to me on Monday July 11th. JMAC YOU ARE A SORRY TRANSPORT COMPANY. RE F U N D M Y D E P O S I T!
