Josh was very professional, courteous, polite, and respectful at all times. He explained the process thoroughly and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Josh is an extremely good communicator. He responds to text messages and phone call immediately which was very important to me during this period of transition. He touched base with me frequently to keep me posted on the progress of obtaining a driver. I would highly recommend Josh to friends and family members. As a matter of fact, I already recommended Josh to a friend who is also moving out of state. Josh was fantastic to work with!
