I contacted a different transport company, initially, to transport my classic 1971 Volkswagen Beetle. The other company had extremely poor customer service and left me with very little reassurance that my car would be picked up when I needed it to be and delivered properly. Being that this classic car has been in my family for 25 years, I decided to take no chances and began looking for other options. I have quite a few car enthusiast friends so I asked for recommendations. One of my friends gave me Joanna's name and number. I called and almost immediately knew this company would be better to use. They were friendly and took the time to explain the entire process to me, even though they had to reason to believe I was going to use them. All of my questions were answered above and beyond what was expected. I actually received call backs and updates. I even received a follow up call to ensure the pick up had gone smoothly!! Once the car was dropped off I even spoke to Joanna again because she wanted to be sure the whole process had gone smoothly and that the driver had provided good service. I can't say enough good things about this company. This is the third time I have had a car shipped and I will never use another company again. Ironclad Auto Transport is the BEST! Highly recommend!!!
