Mark Doud picked up my car on Nov. 2, 2007 and then said, "Frank will be the driver". It is November 18th now and I still do not have my car. No response from Frank. I don't know if there was an accident or what. Also, I orginally contracted with Express Relocation but they obviously sub-contracted which I did not know about until the car was picked up. Poor service. I would feel better if Frank at least called me back and explained the situation, but no.
