This situation took place 2 months ago. At that time we informed you more than once that there was a delay with the truck due to a mechanical failure, we also informed you more that once that we had 2 possibilities of other trucks being available to pick up the vehicle. You clearly agreed and understood this according to our notes However you decided to start complaining to the BBB so we decided to cancel the agreement. Furthermore we did not bill your card for non-refundable fee and subsequently there is nothing more for us to offer you.
