No one would answer my calls or call me back!

I booked my order with Anna 29 Dec to have my vehicle transported from San Antonio, TX to Washington state. My ship dates were 5-9 Jan, when 9 Jan came I called the company to get an estimated timeframe of when my vehicle will be picked up. I got Anna on the phone and she said to call customer service since she no longer had my file. I called customer service several times and only received the answering machine and i left several messages and sent an email. Two days went by with no response.
I sent over a fax 11 Jan, asking someone to call me and explain what is going on. I still did not received a call or email. Then on 12 Jan, I sent another fax asking to cancell my order, since I still did not receive a call or email. If I was bidded too low, then they should have told me so we could have adjusted the amount to get my vehicle moving. Customer service was horrible since to this day I still have not heard from them.

This person canceled her order during the estimated dates for pick up.. We were unable to contact them for comments. Customer has been refunded.
