I need to ship a car from a BMW dealer in PA to OR. This is my first time shipping a vehicle. Intercity was recommended by BMW forums and I contacted them. Indeed they are very good: Their website not only allows you to enter an order, but also provide consumer information on how to select a carrier and what to look out for. I worked with Matt after entering and order and the whole experience was very good. He is responsive, communicates well and put customer's interests first. They are not the lowest cost option but the assurance and peace of mind matters the most.
