Intercity goes OUT OF THERE WAY to make it happen

First, I'm NOT getting paid, real cust! I rec'd quotes from 3 different enclosed trailer transporters. Intercity was a bit higher, but I really wanted them. I worked with the rep who gave me a slight discount based on where I got the recommendation from (online car forum) and I agreed. The car seller ran into issues with the car title, so I booked out in advance. Once cleared, the pickup was confirmed, BUT then I had some problems with the financials arrangements. Intercity agreed to re-book AT NO CHARGE to me. Once the financials were solved, I re-contacted Intercity and scheduled. They picked up the car ON TIME on the 2nd attempt. The driver was AWESOME! The driver contacted me in route with come candid concerns about the car, which was VERY MUCH appreciated since I had to have some service done anyway. The delivery was at the dealer, and again, Intercity was ON TIME and very professional, working with myself and the dealer to get the car delivered and on their way. I could not say more about Intercity's professionalism, both from the sales side, the logistics side AND the drivers side. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE and would highly recommend them! They earned my business! If I have to do this again, THEY WILL get the call!
