This was my first experience with an auto transport company and I’d be lying if I said I wasn't at least a little nervous. I purchased a 2013 Mustang Boss 302 which are limited in production especially for the color I was looking for, which is why I was looking all over the country. I found the one I was looking for 1000 miles away in Wisconsin and knew immediately I was going to ship it. I chose “Intercity Lines” because of reputation, recommendation and competitive pricing.

From day one, my experience was no less than wonderful! I was well informed throughout the process and put completely at ease by several employees including, Roy Sewell, Jim Bergeron and Sharon Snedeker. The driver of the transport vehicle was Jim Puscheck. Jim was equally responsive to my calls, questions and concerns; he did a wonderful job looking after my car and treating it with the utmost respect. Being a car guy himself, it was easy for him since he would expect the same. Overall my experience was a pleasurable one and I wouldn't hesitate to hire Intercity Lines again or recommend them for any vehicle transport needs. Thanks very much.
