Spent allot of time recieving email quotes and calls from brokers before finding this company. I was actually referred to this shipper by another vendor from the same area whom could not accomodate my request timely. I researched this company on this site first before calling and found good reviews. I made a call and spoke with Jeff Degnan whom was very knowledgable. He was able to take my information, check with his dispatch department for availability, and get me a quote within 1 hour. I called on a Tuesday morning and was able to make all arrangements to have my truck shipped within a couple of hours. I only needed to give them my information and no money was requested until the vehicle arrived safely to my home. Once my order was placed I recieved notification from my customer service representative (Sharon Snedeker) to confirm they had my order and that the seller had already been contacted to make arrangements to pick it up. The truck was picked up on Thursday and I recieved notification of the same from Sharon. The seller indicated that the drivers (Husband/wife duo Craig and Audrey) were very thorough and professional. He said they used towels to cover the seats when entering the vehicle and used blankets to cover the top side of the vehicle prior to adding a full car cover. (WOW!) The weather was horrible the week the vehicle was shipped with heavy snow fall (2 feet in some areas of MA and CT) and several inches all the way along the trip to MI. However, I recieved a call from the driver on Monday morning to advise me that they would deliver my vehicle at 8:30 am ton Tuesday. Craig and Audrey arrived on time and were very polite and professional. I gave them a bank check upon safe delivery and was given copies of invoice and check sheet. I have had a few cars delivered prior by other companies but this was by far the most efficient process that I have experienced! To make it even better, because I did not have to pay a broker the cost was less expensive then any of the quotes I recieved online. I would highly reccomend Inter-Lines for any of your auto shipping needs. No need to look any further, just give them a call and I am sure you will be happy :-) Thank you Jeff and Sharon
