The vehicle was delivered on time without any issues, great communication by the shipping coordinator (Jim Bergeron) & the driver (Andy). If you want more details of my experience see below:

After trying for 10+ days to get my car moved using a shipping broker, I finally contacted Intercity Lines and spoke with Jim Bergeron. The benefit of Interciylines is that they own the trucks that moved my vehicle, not a broker that would be trying to get a random driver to pick up my car. The other benefit is there was always someone that would pick up the phone when I called to get an update (if I had to leave a message, it was always returned in a timely manner).
Based on my research, Intercity Lines is very reasonably priced for a fully Enclosed hauler and the care they provide. They give the vehicle the "white glove" treatment. My vehicle was covered even though it was on the top of the hauler (really no chance of anything dripping onto it). In addition, the drivers seat had a plastic cover and intercitylines floor mat to greatly reduce any chance of the vehicle getting dirty.
As far as communication - when I first got my quote from Jim he said the vehicle would be picked up sometime during the week of 6/10. I of course was hoping it would be 6/10, but he made it clear where the trucks were and that it would most likely be the end of the week depending on how the unloading process went. Jim provided me his direct line and was open to me calling to get updates as to where the truck was that would be picking up my vehicle. As I learned, the timing depends a lot on coordinating pick up and drop off of the the other cars in the truck. Four days prior to the vehicle being picked up, Jim called the dealership to coordinate the pick up. At this time, the date given for pickup was exactly when they arrived. Once Andy (the driver) loaded my car, he called me directly to let me know the car was loaded and in great shape. He gave me an estimate as to when he would be arriving to drop the vehicle off. Andy also gave me his direct number so I could call to get updates if necessary. Andy was very personable, honest and seemed to really care for the cars like they were his own. He took great care when unloading my vehicle. This will be the only shipping company I use in the future and will recommend to others.
