Naturally, there's a lot of anxiety involved with having a company you only know about through a referral take your vehicle, especially when you are on a time crunch. Scott and his team's professional manner allay initial concerns. They stay in touch and follow up as agreed upon. We had a short window to get a vehicle to California from NY. Although the transport truck had a mechanical problem enroute, they managed to get it fixed and I was able to speak to driver on his cell phone to get updates. The driver pulled out all the stops so to speak and succeeded in delivering the vehicle a few hours early.
