I found Kyle through a friend who also recently also shipped their car from West Palm up to NYC. I've done this many times before with mixed results. I knew going in that I would be up against large numbers of people migrating back to the north but I needed to get my car back within a reasonable amount of time. I called Kyle based on that recommendation and he was very thorough with his explanation of the process. I thought I've heard it all before but actually no... No one has ever just laid it out for us and told us what to expect and then actually made it happen. These guys are real professionals! From the time we booked we received updates on how the search for a carrier was going and then within a few days it was picked up and we received updates on when it would be delivered. I meant to leave this review last week but I had some trouble getting it to work properly but Kyle's assistant Joan helped me through it with ease and it was just a stupid mistake I was making. If I could get them to accept my order I would go ahead and book now for October. Ha ha don't worry Kyle I know how it works. Thanks again guys!
