I was very impressed with the entire transport process that Jack at Inter-City had arranged. Jack quoted a very competitive price and promised the pickup date after he located the actual driver (Mike West). Then Mike was very prompt on picking up the car on the day promised. The original delivery date was two days after pickup, but Mike was so diligent that he actually drove through a storm and made the delivery one day early. Throughout the whole time, Mike kept me informed of his ETA schedule via SMS which made me feel he was very customer oriented and professional.
