Customer was never once lied to. We have emails to prove that. Email us for that documentation. Customer was aware that we had a truck change routes, and we had to reschedule the shipment due to the route change. We have not had an open space to schedule into. We took no money from this customer, and in fact kept up with him every step of the way. Customer was a NIGHTMARE- called our office 27 times in a single day. Never leaves messages, just calls on top of calls. The owner finally let him know we would expedite a driver into the pickup area at our cost and instead of allowing us to do so- he left this message. Our offer still stands, remove this review, and we will expedite the pickup at our cost.
