Customer called consistently after hours and demanded calls back when we were closed. All his calls were answered. Customer then tried to make up a story about how a dealership was going to charge him storage. We offered to pay it. When asked for documentation he failed to submit a document from the dealership- just a clearly manipulated email from his account. Customer repeatedly called Uship even after speaking with us. They advised him to cancel. Awful, customer- who lied thru this process. We won't be bullied and lied to- then asked to pay imaginary storage that no one had documentation for. This customer canceled, so this is a non-order and a non-issue.
