Lied about Price and POOR communication

Ideal Auto Transportation LLC told me truck drivers fee was going to be $500.00 and $150.00 for Ideal auto trasportation fees. Turns out Driver charged $600.00 and ideal auto still took $150.00 making it total $750.00 instead of $650.00. So they stole $100.00. When I first called they said they would call when driver was found. Took a couple weeks to find driver, I tired calling many times during those weeks they NEVER answered the Phone, left messages, they never called back. They also never called to tell me they found a driver or that my car was already picked up and on it's way. After driver charged more then Ideal Auto said it was going to be, Called Ideal Auto many times agains and left many messages, Still no answer, no call back. Even Driver said it was wrong and would leave a bad review if they charged me more the $50.00. So I would not Recomonded!

we matched a price for him and told him if the car did not move for this price it would go back to what we had originally quoted. He agreed, signed our paper work, and sent it back. The car would not move for the low quote he had received, so he was charged the correct amount, and was also notified many times.
