Joanna transformed a dreadful experience in a positive and easy one to deal with. My car had to shipped back from Miami to NY, and it had to be done by a certain date and in a very short time interval. She assured me that she could do it and calmed me down, telling me that she would make it happen. And she was right! Everything went perfectly, the car was picked up and delivered with no issues, and perfectly on time. The transport company that we ended up using was great (Ephesus Expo), and the driver very professional and polite.
Joanna is wonderful to deal with, she has such a contagious positive attitude! She is very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and is always available and ready to answer any questions. I will certainly use her service again if I needed to.
