This was my first experience shipping my car across the country so to say I was uncomfortable facing the situation would be an understatement. Of all the brokers that contacted me after my initial inquiry "I Move Auto" did the most to help me understand how the auto shipping business works. That understanding helped me to make the best choice for my shipping needs. After contacting "I Move Auto" they made the process simple, Andrew made sure I understood the process at every step. The transporters, "US Car Shipper LLC," were fantastic. The driver, Kosta, contacted me by phone & we went through pick up & drop off information & when I had a question I called and "he" answered his phone, not a dispatcher, this may not sound like a big deal but actually talking to the person driving the truck is very comforting. Kosta was great and after talking a few times on the phone & then meeting in person I knew my car was in good hands. I absolutely had full trust in Kosta and didn't have a single worry about my car after he picked it up. It was a professional, friendly, informative & relaxed experience with both parties. I highly recommend "I Move Auto" and "US Car Shipper LLC".
