Jay was fantastic - Ninetyone Limited Driver Alex was horrific

I know that handling truckers can be difficult - but Jay handled the whole situation with great customer service. Alex the driver was about 3 days late for delivery and did not communicate but Jay was absolutely wonderful with trying to stay in touch with the driver despite the numerous issues.

I would really recommend using Jay as he sat down and explained the whole process very thoroughly to me. He was courteous and polite, and even stayed late a few times because the driver had refused to get in touch with us. It sounds like they will likely not be working with Ninetyone Limited again. Alex was 2 days late picking up the vehicle - mind you this was after getting incredibly rude with me - and then kept pushing back the delivery time. He went so far as to tell me he was going to drop off even a day later - when I said that was unacceptable he said that he would drop off between 10-11PM he didn't bother to show up until 2:30. The next morning Jay called me to make sure the truck had gotten there and that everything was taken care of - when he didn't have to.

I really appreciate all the hard work that Jay put in to getting this squared away for me despite the awful driver.
