I can't believe I bought into them

Hello, I don't feel as smart as I THOUGHT I was when I chose this company. My husband is in the Army and we found out we could move to his training location in GA but they would not ship our car. Due to the fact I would be traveling with our new 5½ week old son I didn't want to drive across across state. I chose this company based on price because we didn't have a lot extra after I bought plane tickets to fly here. I thought the car would arrive before I got here since they said 1 to 14 days so I paid in full because no one would be here to pay them. After a month I decided they were useless in transporting so I cancelled, my grandparents made the long trip to bring us our car. They said I would have our check in 30days or less. Nope it was more, and when I went to contact them I could never get anyone to answer or call or email me back. I did however find this amazing site and the name you suggested I call. She is so nice and said I should have our refund by MONDAY! This site needs to have a commericial so people know to look here before they fall victim to a transporting scam. Invest your money in someone who will get the job done..... NOT THEM!
