I called several companies to get a quote on transporting my 68 Convertible Camaro across the country from California to new york. Some other companies large companies were arrogant and wouldnt even give a general estimate of when they could transport my car, they just said they need 4 to 6 weeks. When I called Horseless Carriage they gave me an estimate and time frame on the first call and also put me in touch with their driver to get a more detailed view of his route for more specific timing. They seemed to go the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable. The driver (Chris) was great, even jumping the car for me when the battery was dead on arrival. He took extra care and his truck was very clean. He showed up exactly when he said he would and called often to keep me updated. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. I was very nervous to have my car shipped and they made me feel comfortable. I would use them again. Whatever you do be sure that the company you pick employs the driver and dont contract your transport out to someone else. Horseless Carriage had total control of my car the entire time. When it arrived in NY I saw they had covered the interior with plastic to keep it clean, it was a very nice touch. I am a happy customer.... a relieved happy customer since I held my breath for a week waiting for it!!!!!!!
