Horseless did a great job with the primary concern - transporting the car. Car arrived in great condition and the transport driver was very good.. Their communication was not timely when the transport was to be delayed a few days - I had to call them and get information to find out. When I did call they did tell me what was going on, but it took longer than originally communicated and I would have liked to have received a call regarding that. I would use them again simply bacuse of the good care they took of the vehicle in transport - my main deal. Their enclosed transport is the way to go.
