The company representative was easy to contact and got me the quote and information I needed on the first call. The pickup was made with a flatbed truck because of the restricted roads at the pickup location and the car was then transferred to an enclosed semi trailer. The delivery was exactly on time (within five minutes) with no issues or problems. The delivery driver (David) was very friendly and courteous, and very careful and competent unloading the car. He was also easy to communicate with by cell phone regarding the exact delivery time and delivery location. The delivery truck and enclosed trailer were spectacular and extremely clean. I have used other well known carriers in the past and Horseless Carriage set a new standard for quality and service.
