This was my first experience shipping a car and I have only the best things to say about Meghan Horst and Horizon Auto Transport. Meghan was able to explain the entire process to me in detail and also eradicate any concerns I had. She worked tirelessly over a holiday to provide me the most convenient pick-up and delivery dates at a very affordable rate, factoring in our personal schedules and deadlines. I was shocked at how timely the delivery was - only 24 hours from Illinois to New Jersey! It was truly door-to-door service, despite an extremely rural pick-up and very metropolitan delivery. The driver was friendly and delivered our new car in perfect condition. And Meghan remained a joy to work with throughout the transaction. Her constant communication and thorough follow-up was much appreciated!
