Well, let's start by saying I had a poor experience with my last moving company when I moved to Arizona. This being the case, I was weary about who I chose to move my car back to Ohio.

I read the reviews on this site and realized that Honey Bee seemed to rank pretty high on the list. So, I requested a quote; and was pleased to see their quote was considerably cheaper than many I had received. When I called to get further details, I spoke with Karen, who was just awesome! She was very up-front about every detail on how the service worked. I decided to work with her, and arranged to have my car picked up. She worked around my hectic schedule very well, and my car was picked up within the time frame I requested. The driver was pleasant and professional. My car was picked up on Tuesday from Arizona, and delivered on Sunday afternoon (during the busy Christmas season, and bad weather!).

I was very pleased with how quickly they delivered my car. The car was in excellent shape, just dirty from being hauled across the country on an open carrier. So, expect to have to wash your car if you use an open carrier! (This wasn't a problem, I expected to have to wash it afterwards).

Karen called me with updates throughout the process, and was even curteous enough to follow up with me a week after the shipment! I'm just astonished at how smoothly this all went, especially after my previous moving company was such a nightmare!

I'm 100% satisfied, and WILL use Honey Bee again if I ever need to ship an automobile.
