Hello Everybody
this is my second review for that company Honest Auto mover And he hide my previous one
I think he cheat the system and if you try to find any ratings less than 5 stars you won't find any and its very weird for rating system
and as you know there is a lot of troubles occur during transfer your car or furniture ,
to be clear , this is not recommended pilot to deal with when you try to move your car from place to place

This customer asked that I move his car 9/9 or 9/10 at 10:12 pm 9/1/16. I did provide him with multiple options at the pricing promised and during the dates promised. I took a deposit of $100 at that time to show our offer has money down but WITHOUT the customer’s signature so he would be confident I could not keep his money even if cancelling at the very last second. The customer’s driver called me 9/9 to advise that even after checking in with the customer the day before pickup to coordinate a 2 hour window the next day, the customer did NOT advise him the car was sold until 9/9 at the very last second. (I called the customer who advised me that he was “Driving the Car”. Meanwhile I refunded both the original $100 and the $500 taken to pay the driver as agreed back on 9/1. I did NOT think there was ANY issue with the customer whatsoever. Meanwhile, another driver (Shown) below picked up his vehicle with another broker taking credit for what I had done and that carrier collected $100 on my behalf. Now you all know why I call it Honest Auto Movers. All my claims are date and time-stamped. Technically this customer is NOT even mine as my last communication with him was 9/9 that I was refunding the money because he was going to driver his car. This day the customer changed his story saying he sold it at the very last second. I am just the guy in the middle and that is all I know. On top of everything else the customer disputed the charges GREATLY SLOWING the refund process which would normally happen in 1 or 2 days. Technically this is NOT my customer but this is what happens when buyers are liars even when I do all the right things. The first bit of data below shows the number of times I assigned drivers. When he canceled I still kept getting calls and assigned drivers as I had these below and several back ups. The LEAD came to our company at 9:48pm 9/1 and by 10:12 I personally wrote the order which was fullfilled at price and on dates but simply never used. NO last second cancellation fee was ever kept which has always been our policy. I get the customers’ signatures on pickup or delivery.
