I booked my car with another broker and they were searching for a transport truck for about 5 days. But when I called Nicole she found me a transport truck in a few hours and also told me the exact date my car would be picked up.
The truck driver was also very friendy and the car arriver the next day after pick up... which is awsome.
I will definately use this service if I have to transport my car again.
